Guidelines for oral presentations 

Language for oral presentations is English.

The total time allotted to each speaker is 15 minutes. The speaker should plan to speak for 12 minutes and leave 3 minutes for questions/comments.
Opening and Technical speeches have 20 minutes: 17 plus 3 minutes.
The Session Chairs are instructed to adhere to the printed schedule for the session. The conference will be equipped with computer and video projector.

All visual materials must be presented in PowerPoint slides.
Power point presentations should be provided to the organizers during the sessions before that of the speech:

• 2^nd October morning sessions delivery 8:15-9:00
• 2^nd October afternoon sessions delivery 11:30-13:40
• 3^rd October morning sessions delivery on 2nd October 16:30-17:30
• 3^rd October afternoon sessions delivery 11:55-12:30
• 6^th October morning session delivery 8:30-9:00

Guidelines for poster presentations

Poster Size

Posters must be 70 cm wide and 100 cm high in order to fit inside the woody frame of the board.

Set Up

Posters have to be hung on Sunday October 1^st between 18:00 and 20:00, or on Monday October 2^nd between 8:15 and 8:45, at the Aula Magna “Valeria Spada” of the University of Foggia (Via Caggese 1, Foggia).

Poster Boards

Numbered poster boards will be available; authors have to use the poster board corresponding to the number of his/her presentation.
Presentation number will be communicated in advance to each corresponding/presenting author/s.
Posters will be hung on a thin plastic boards (see the picture below); pushpins will be available. Please, do not use tapes, glues, or other messy or permanent substances.

Display/Viewing

Monday October 2^nd and Tuesday October 3^rd, 2017.
If desired, prepare a miniature version of your poster (A4) for the audience: authors may hang on the board a plastic envelope containing the sheets.
Attendees may submit questions or comments to the authors during the sessions of general discussions (see the Symposium Program).

Dismantling

Posters have to be removed on Tuesday October 3^rd, 2017 at 18:00, immediately following the end of the conference works. Remaining posters will be discarded.
